JOPLIN, MO —
Buddy Dean Fitzjohn, 57, of Joplin, Mo., passed away Monday, Nov. 5, 2012.
He was born July 28, 1955, to Frank E. and Margaret Fitzjohn, and they preceded him in death.
He was a life long Joplin resident and had been employed at Hydraulic Specialties. His passion was for cars and motorcycles, having restored many.
He is survived by the twinkle in his eyes, his granddaughter, Haley Fitzjohn, and her mother, Heather, Baxter Springs, Kan.; a brother, Frank R. Fitzjohn, and his wife, Judy, Joplin; two sisters, Sharon Fitzjohn, Joplin, and Tina Boyer, Webb City, Mo.; nephews, Craig, David, Chris and Tony; nieces, Robin, Shellie and Kathy Jo; great nephews and nieces; and many loving, caring and helpful friends. He was also preceded in death by his son, Shawn Fitzjohn, Nov. 23, 2010.
Memorial services will be held Friday at 5 p.m. at Mason-Woodard Mortuary Chapel.
