NAPLES, FL —   

Carl A. Johnson, 82, Naples, Fla., formerly of Neosho, Mo., died Dec. 10, 2012, at Naples.

Carl was born May 29, 1930, in Neosho, the son of Isaac and Ruth Johnson. He served in the U.S. Army and spent most of his adult life in Michigan, where he worked as president of American Coil Springs and following his retirement, moved to Naples.

He married Mary Louis Enlow, who preceded him in death on March 15, 2012.

Carl is survived by three children, Richard Alan and wife, Mickey, Steven and Carla Christianson and husband, Mark; brother, Bill Johnson, of Neosho; grandchildren, Jennifer Johnson, David Christianson M.D. and fiancé, Vanessa Beddows, Christina Johnson and fiancé, Brad Lacey and Maria Christianson; a great-grandson, Alexander Christianson; nieces, nephews and extended family.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 19, at 10 a.m. at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, Rev. Terry Swagerty will officiate. Following the memorial services, military honors and committal of the cremains will be in the Neosho IOOF Cemetery.

Contributions in memory of Carl may be made to the charity of choice in care of Clark Funeral Home, P.O. Box 66, Neosho, MO  64850.
