PURDY, Mo. —
Angie Swadley, 44, of Purdy, Mo., passed away Saturday, April 20, 2013, at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, Mo.
She was born in Neosho, Mo., on Aug. 19, 1968, the daughter of George and Sandy (Macy) Cullum.
She was united in marriage on Oct. 20, 1990, to Jeff Swadley in Monett. He survives.
She was the owner of the Little Critter Daycare in Purdy, a member of Chapel of Grace Church in Monett, and Parents as Teachers for the Purdy Schools.
Angie loved her family with all her heart. She was a devoted wife, mother and daughter. The love never stopped with Angie. It was always extended to the kids, animals and others around her. She truly loved unconditionally and her laughter lit up the world around her.
Angie is survived by her husband, Jeff, of the home; two daughters, Brooke Swadley, Purdy, and Chelsea Swadley, Cassville; and her mother, Sandy, Monett. She was preceded in death by her father, George Cullum on May 20, 1991.
Visitation for Angie is being held Thursday, April 25, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Purdy High School Gym in Purdy. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 26, at 4 p.m. at the Purdy High School Gym in Purdy, with Rev. Jimmie Copley officiating. Burial will follow services in King's Prairie Cemetery.
