Dorothy Anne Messer Raynor

CABOOL, MO —

Dorothy Anne Messer Raynor, age 53, passed away at her home in Cabool, Mo., after a long illness on Monday, Nov. 12th, 2012.

Dorothy was born on Oct. 20th, 1959, in Galena, Kan., to George Messer and Neoma Smith. They precede her in death.

Also preceding are her stepfather, Joe Smith; sister, Jeanie Messer Burns; and a brother, George Hubbard.

Dorothy is survived by her husband, Dale Raynor, of the home. Also surviving are her children, Dexie Luttrell, of Wells, Nev., James Elton and wife, Stacy, of Baxter Springs, Kan., Mike Elton and wife, Majella, of Wells, Donna Raynor, of Wells, Crystal Raynor, of Columbus, Kan., Cindy Miller, of Joplin, Mo., Robin Raynor, of Hillsboro, Mo., and Makayla Raynor, of Imperial, Mo.; 15 grandchildren; four sisters, Diana "Pete" Smith, Becky Tuggle, Jackie McLaughlin and Leanna Smith; and three brothers, Rick Hubbard, Rocky Hubbard and Joe Smith.

Dorothy loved being surrounded by her kids and grand babies. She was a long haul truck driver for many years, she loved bowling and fishing.

Dorothy will be greatly missed.

Memorial services will be Saturday, Nov. 17th, at 5 p.m. at Trinity Worship Center in Baxter Springs, Kan. Family and friends will gather at Pete's house afterwards.
