JOPLIN, MO — Theresa Jean Culshaw, age 54, passed away suddenly at 11 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012, at her home.

She was born Dec. 9, 1957, in Tulsa, Okla. Her parents were Wahlon B. and Janice L. (Nunley) O''Neal Sr. She had lived here one year moving from Clarksville, Ark.

She worked at Associated Redi-Mix, Joplin. Among her interests were gardening, collecting frogs and working puzzles.

Theresa was married to Terrance Lee Culshaw on Feb. 29, 1989, in Rodgers, Ark. He survives.

Additional survivors include one son, Wahlon Fredrick (wife, Linda) O'Neal, Pea Ridge, Ark.; two grandchildren, Nick Bresler and Jessy Bresler; one brother, Wahlon B. O'Neal Jr., Riverton, Kan.; and two sisters, Deborah Hathorn, Elm Springs, Ark., and Marilyn Sexton, Coal Hill, Ark.

Theresa was taken for cremation under the care of Derfelt Funeral Home, Galena, Kan. No services are planned at this time.
