NEOSHO, Mo. —
Nancy C. Raulston, 69, Neosho, Mo., died April 27, 2013, at Freeman West in Joplin, following a lengthy illness.
Nancy was born Feb. 27, 194,4 in Neosho, the daughter of Leonard and Dorothy (Pogue) Weems. She was a lifelong area resident, a homemaker, a lifetime member of the VFW and a member of Hilldale Baptist Church.
Nancy married Leroy Raulston on May 11, 1963, spending 50 years together and he survives.
Additional survivors include two children, Jimmy Lee Raulston and wife, Beth, State of Tennessee, and Brenda Kay Keith and husband, Kevin, Seneca; daughter-in-law, Christy Raulston; two brothers, Tim Weems and wife, Lisa, Stella, and Bobby Weems and wife, Betsy, Neosho; a sister, Linda Skinner, Stella; 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son, Buddy Raulston; three brothers, Gary, Ronnie and David Weems; and two sisters, Shirley Ann Weems and Karen Tosh.
Services will be Thursday, May 2, at 2 p.m. at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Interment will follow in the Macedonia Cemetery and serving as pallbearers will be Art Oxford, J.W. Oxford, Gary Oxford, Darren Oxford, Taylor Keith and Joey Simpson. Friends may call at the Clark Funeral Home, Neosho, on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. and the family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
