Dr. Wade was in practice for many years, greatly caring for his patients. He touched many lives and always wanted to make a difference.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Tracy, of Joplin; his son, Christopher Wade, of Austin, Texas; and two grandchildren, Harper and Cole Wade, of Austin. He is also survived by his mother, Mrs. John E. Wade Jr. (Bobbie), of Orange; sisters, Cherry Wade, of Arlington, Texas, Mary Jane Stewart, Orange, and Nancy Stark, Orange; numerous nieces and nephews and his beloved pets.
