CARTHAGE, MO —
Brandon Swaine Stuckey, 22, passed Feb. 6, 2013.
Brandon was born Dec. 17, 1990, in Lamar, Mo., to Dan and Raydean Stuckey, of Belleville, Ill. Brandon worked at Target in Joplin. He was attending Ozark Christian College for the past two years. He taught Sunday school at the First Christian Church, of Carthage, and the special needs class at the Cornerstone Church in Shiloh, Ill. He was involved in the theater department at Ozark Christian College working on the Living Christmas tree and Took Mission trips to Mexico to the Casa-Por-Cristo.
Brandon is survived by his parents; two sisters, Amie Stuckey and Kaylyn Stuckey, both of Belleville; grandparents, Judy Stuckey, of Greenfield, Mo., Mabel Ann Parks, of Mount Vernon, Mo., and Raymond Parks, of Carthage, Mo.; aunts and uncles, Greg and Shawn Morrow, Greenfield, Rory and Judy Stuckey, Noel, Mo., Rayma Spurgeon and William Jameson, of Carthage, Ron and Rhonda Stirewalt, of Diamond, Mo.; and several cousins. Brandon was preceded by his grandpa, Roy Stuckey; and an aunt, Micki Ray Parks.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 11, at the Ozark Christian College Chapel. Visitation is from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10, at Ulmer Funeral Home Carthage. Additional memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at the Cornerstone Christian Church in Belleville. Burial will be in Paradise Cemetery, south of Jasper, Mo.
