JOPLIN, MO —

John Peavler, 46, was born Jan. 23, 1967, and went to join our heavenly father on Jan. 31, 2013. He spent his life working as a mason. He loved what he did and enjoyed working outdoors. His pride and joy were his daughter and grandkids.

He is survived by his daughter, Rebecka Peavler and two grandkids, Alanis and David; two sisters, Cathy Peavler and Nora Aguilar; one brother, Delbert Peavler Jr.; his mother, Rose Barnes; many nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Delbert Peavler Sr.; and sister, Donna Peavler.

He was a special individual who would do whatever was within his power to help out a loved one. He was a beloved father, brother, uncle, great-uncle and grandfather. He was an individual who never knew a stranger once you met him you considered a friend.

God called upon the greatest angel of all. He will never be forgotten and he will be greatly missed. So today I will weep and tomorrow I will grieve as each day forward I will try to achieve the life full of laughter and love you believed was yours to give and mine to receive.
