Robert H. McCrea

O'BRIAN, FL —  

Robert Herbert McCrea, 78, of O'Brian, Fla., passed away Feb. 9, 2013, in Williston, Fla.

He was born in Akron, Ohio, on May 13, 1934. He graduated from the University of Missouri and was commissioned through the ROTC program and served six years in the U.S. Army Reserve.

Robert is survived by his wife, Mercelyn McCrea; brother, Bill McCrea; stepchildren, Margie Noblia, Cheryl Luker, Renea Westfall and Mark Young; and various nephews, grand and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert H. McCrea and Bernice Downey McCrea.

Memorial services will be Tuesday, Feb. 12, at 11 a.m. at Guerry Funeral Home, US 41 South, Lake City, FL 32024. Kelly Luker, with family and friends, will officiate.
