CARTHAGE, Mo. —
Jeraldeen R. Hart, 92, passed away March 7, 2013, at her home.
Jeraldeen was born Aug. 16, 1920, in Springfield, Mo., to Omer Thomas and Goldie (Johnson) Thomas. Jeraldeen was a lifetime area resident. She owned and operated Harts daycare for many years. Jeraldeen was a member of the Crossroads Baptist Church, Carthage.
Jeraldeen was united in marriage to Orville Hart July 17, 1954. He preceded her in death Dec. 28, 1996.
Jeraldeen is survived by one son, Raymond Hart and one daughter, Vernetta Myers, both of Carthage; six grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. Jeraldeen was preceded by her parents, her husband, three brothers and two sisters.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, March 11, at Park Cemetery, Carthage.
