She loved food, especially seafood, lobster and crab. Her favorite shows were Jeopardy, Downton Abbey and classical music. She loved her cats and lions, as her astrological sign was Leo the lion. In her retirement years, she enjoyed poker games with her friends. Maggie had a generous heart and donated to several charities, especially The Humane Society.
She is survived by two daughters, Paula Lee and husband, Terry, of Morrisville, and Kim Sadler and husband, David, of Nixa; son-in-law, Jackie Harns; a sister, Betty Forster, of Kansas City; one granddaughter and several great-grandchildren. Maggie is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Rosemarie Sunley and Mildred Haney; two daughters, Cathi Harns and Annie Klinge; and one granddaughter, Regan Hulsey.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Jordon Creek Nursing Home and the medical staff at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, for the compassionate care of Maggie.
