JOPLIN, Mo. — Joplin, Mo. - Frances K. Jaggars, age 73, of Joplin, Mo. passed away at 1:55 a.m. Friday, Oct. 12, 2012, at Freeman Hospital West in Joplin following a five month illness.

Frances was born Dec. 9, 1938, in Oronogo, Mo. to James and Imogene Cassidy.  She was employed with the Dolly Madison Bread Store in Joplin for 20 years, retiring in 1997.

Frances married Rex Jaggars July 1, 1957, in Miami, Okla. and he survives.

Additional survivors include one daughter, Kathy Price and husband, Gary, Quapaw, Okla.; one son, Michael Jaggars and wife, Patty, Joplin; five sisters, Betty Keene, and Lynn Pettit, both of Oronogo, Mo., Martha Crain, Carterville, Mo., Nellie Gentry, Wellington, Kan. and Mary Clark, Dickens, Texas; five grandchildren, Michael and Zachary Jaggars, Timothy Johnston, and Matthew and Garrett Price; and two great- grandchildren, Kalib and Jaxzon Jaggars. She was preceded in death by a brother, Sonny Cassidy; and a sister, Phoebe Gordon.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery with Randy L. Wilson, Minister, officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mason-Woodard Mortuary of Joplin, Mo.
