CRESTLINE, Kan —
Annabelle Wells, 84, Crestline, Kan., passed from this life on Wednesday, July 3, 2013, in Pittsburg, Kan.
Annabelle was born March 16, 1929, in rural Galena, Kan., the daughter of Oscar and Marie (Nelson) Morrison. She lived in the Crestline area all her life. She was a member of the Crestline Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time and cooking for her family. In recent years she spent time decorating and painting different craft materials.
Annabelle married Bill Wells on Sept. 30, 1947, in Columbus, Kan. He survives.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Judy Getman Haggard; two sisters; and two brothers.
Survivors include her husband, Bill; one son, Rick Wells and wife, Marilyn, of Tulsa, Okla.; four granddaughters, Jamie Getman Heatly and husband, Mickey, of Sand springs, Okla., Katie Wells, Kelsie Wells and Marick Wells, of Tulsa, Okla.; two great-grandsons; two sisters; two brothers; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, 2013, at Derfelts Baxter Chapel. Burial will follow in the Baxter Springs Cemetery.
