JOPLIN, MO —
Patricia (Pat) Heitzman, 74, of Joplin, Mo., passed away in her home Monday, Oct. 8, 2012.
She was born in Berryville, Ark., on Nov. 11, 1937.
Pat was cosmetologist for over 30 years and loved her work and clients.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Heitzman of 52 years. She is also survived by four children, son, Dale Heitzman and wife, Monique, of Tulsa, Okla.; daughter, Debra Heitzman, of Melbourne Beach, Fla.; son, Micheal Heitzman and Tammy Hutson, of Joplin; and daughter, Kimberly Atwood and husband, John, of Joplin. She is survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Pat is also survived by brother, John West and wife, Suzie, of Salinas, Calif. Preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Galenda West; grandchild, William "Cullen" Klein; and great-grandchild, Jaxon Stansill.
A memorial visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10, at Parker Mortuary. A private family service will be held at a later date.
