Joseph J. "Joe" Smith, 89, owner of Bank of Quapaw, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church, Miami, Okla. Burial will be in G.A.R. Cemetery, Miami. Visitation will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Friday at Paul Thomas Funeral Home, Miami.
