Rams flatten Southeast Cates answered with his 13-yard scoring run and Clark tacked on the running conversion.
Mead, a junior, and freshman Julian Hudson had scoring runs of 8 and 72 yards in the fourth period before Southeast’s Dainty closed out the scoring with a 17-yard run. Dainty, a 185-pound senior, rushed for 108 yards. “They (the Rams) were physical and quick,” Southeast coach Bryan Burdette said. “We could have played a little better. We had too many mistakes. “Our kids played hard, though, and I’m proud of them,” Burdette said. “They played with all their heart.”
