TULSA, Okla. —
Oral Roberts University has named hitting coach Ryan Folmar as the new head coach of the Golden Eagles’ baseball team.
Officials announced Wednesday that Folmar will take over after former coach Rob Walton resigned to become pitching coach at Oklahoma State.
Folmar spent the past nine years as an assistant at Oral Roberts.
The Golden Eagles won the Summit League title and advanced to the NCAA baseball regional each of those nine years.
