Crowder improved its women’s basketball record to 11-2 by clipping North Arkansas 55-52 on Tuesday night.
“It was back-and-forth the entire game,” Crowder coach Tina Robbins said. “Caprese Marshall’s layup with less than a minute left put us ahead (53-32). They (the Pioneers) missed two free throws in the closing seconds before fouling Terai Sadler. She hit both free throws for the final score.”

Lacerda added nine rebounds, five assists and two steals. Veronica Amos added eight boards and two steals and Sarah Sagely had three steals.
