Carthage’s wrestlers led the team standings Thursday after the first day of the 45th annual Kinloch Classic Holiday Tournament at Parkview High School.
Carthage led the tournament with 363.5 points, followed by Seneca with 239.5 and Ozark with 223.5. Teams from McDonald County and Monett also are competing in the 24-team tournament.
Carthage wrestlers who remained unbeaten were Dakota Jones at 106, Gage Gartner at 120, Tyler Harden at 126, Seth Logan at 132, Trevor Feagans at 138, Tommy Bradshaw at 145, Dylan Mellies at 152, Logan Bryan at 170, Skyler Bloomer at 182 and Blaine Perry at 285.
Four Seneca wrestlers were unbeaten — Will Roark at 120, Cole Lankford at 126, Logan Grady at 145 and Jalen Skaggs at 160, along with McDonald County’s Jacob Dalton at 145 and Jordan Moffett at 220.
Monett’s Sean Jastal at 106, Chase Brennan at 113 and Matt Wentz at 182 also remained unbeaten.
