BAXTER SPRINGS, Kan. — Baxter Springs’ two-division, round-robin Route 66 Tournament tips off tonight with four prep basketball games.
The schedule in the West Gym is Baxter Springs girls vs. Diamond at 6 p.m. and Baxter Springs boys vs. Diamond at 7:30.
Cherryvale faces Southeast at identical times in the East Gym.
The tourney will continue on Thursday and Friday nights.

Outlaws open season Thursday on the road
Chris Oldner takes a cut during the Joplin Outlaws practice Tuesday afternoon. The Outlaws open their season on Thursday night at Rossville and play seven road games before their home opener on June 5.
