Galena police Chief Larry Delmont said Friday that Chuck Broyles, head football coach at Pittsburg (Kan.) State University, was arrested at 9:53 p.m. Tuesday at 23rd and Main streets on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Delmont said Broyles was charged with misdemeanor DUI in city court. He was released when someone came to the police station to pick him up, Delmont said.
