SEMINOLE, Okla. —
Veronica Amos poured in 25 points as Crowder avenged its only loss of the season with an 87-69 victory over Seminole State on Thursday night.
Amos also grabbed nine rebounds and made three steals for the Roughriders (10-1), who owned a 48-29 halftime advantage.
Camelia Lacerda contrbiuted 16 points, six assists and four steals for Crowder. Sarah Sagely and Caprese Marshall scored 12 and 10 points, respectively, and Terai Sadler also had four steals.
Jennifer Rasado popped in five 3-point goals while scoring 22 points for Seminole State. Cherelle Price added 20 points and Oulaymato Coulibarty 17 for the Belles.
Crowder has a home game against Northeastern Oklahoma A&M at 2 p.m. Saturday.
