Allen Barbre, a graduate of East Newton High School and four-year starter on the offensive line at Missouri Southern, has signed with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Barbre, a 6-4, 305-pound offensive tackle, has played six seasons in the NFL with the Geen Bay Packers, Miami Dophins and Seattle Seahawks. He has appeared in 32 games with seven starts.
An All-American with the Lions, Barbre was picked by the Packers in the fourth round of 2007 NFL draft.
He had been released by the Seahawks in October.
