MIAMI, Okla. —
Oklahoma authorities have arrested a 24-year-old Miami man for the murder of Danyel Borden, whose body was found Thursday afternoon lying along a road in the Hockerville area of Ottawa County.
The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department said the 21-year-old California woman’s ex-boyfriend, Dustin E. Boggs, 24, was arrested about 4 a.m. today at an address in Miami and is being held without bond at the Ottawa County Jail on a charge of first-degree murder.
Investigators are still looking for a white 2010 Hyundai Accent believed to have been connected to the case. The vehicle is thought to have a broken back window. Agents with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and Miami police are assisting Ottawa County sheriff’s deputies in the investigation.
