JOPLIN, Mo. —
A red flag warning has been issued for the Osage plains of extreme Southeast Kansas and Southwest Missouri today.
Winds gusts of up to 30 mph combined with low humidity can pose a fire danger, according to the National Weather Service. The conditions may bring showers on Friday, the weather service said.
