NEOSHO, Mo. —
The Crowder College Board of Trustees on Thursday proposed increasing in-district tuition by $1 per credit hour, to $78 per credit hour.
Students who live outside of the Neosho, Diamond, Seneca, East Newton and McDonald County School districts pay the higher out-district rate, which would increase by $2 to $107 per credit hour in the fall.
The board will vote on the proposal at its next meeting.
Also proposed was an increase from $766 to $1,100 per semester for a double-occupancy dorm room.
Students interviewed about the tuition proposal said they weren’t troubled by it.
