National Transportation Safety Board releases report on plane crash that killed Joplin attorney

The National Transportation Safety Board has released the preliminary report on the plane crash outside Stotts City that killed R. Deryl Edwards Jr., a Joplin attorney, and Richard A. Armstrong Jr., a flight instructor from Neosho.

The report indicates that the airplane, a twin-engine Cessna 310, began leaking fuel or oil from one engine prior to the accident.
