JOPLIN, MO — Faith Constance Dunn, age 71, of Joplin, Mo., passed away Sunday, May 22, 2011, at her home from injuries sustained in the Joplin tornado. Faith was born Nov. 27, 1939, in St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada. She moved to Joplin in 1964, when she enrolled at Ozark Bible College. Following her graduation from Ozark she was employed by the College for almost 20 years in the music department. She also taught sign language. Faith was a member of the Park Plaza Christian Church. She was an avid horseman for many years and rode with two separate drill teams. Faith is survived by one sister, Judy Dunn, rural Jasper, Mo.; two nieces; and a nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Connie Dunn; and a brother, Steve Dunn. Memorial services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Park Plaza Christian Church with B. A. Austin, Minister, officiating. Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. Sunday until the service at the church. Memorial contributions are requested to Ozark Christian College.
