JOPLIN, Mo. — Comedians participating in the "Stand Up for Joplin" benefit are in town to prepare for the show, set for 7 p.m. Tuesday in Taylor Performing Arts Center.
Organized by Branson comedian Yakov Smirnoff, the lineup will feature Brett Butler ("Grace Under Fire"), David Koechner ("Anchorman," "The Office"), Bill Chott ("The Ringer," "Wizards of Waverly Place") and Michael Jr. ("Comic View," "Comics Unleashed").
Tickets for Tuesday's benefit show were free for Joplin residents and have sold out.
