From staff reports

NEOSHO, Mo. - A photography expose titled "Genesis," featuring the works of Crowder College students, is under way in the Longwell Museum at the Elsie Plaster Community Center on the Crowder College campus.

The show will display works from three mediums: black and white, color and digital photography. Many of the photographs are the images created through the eyes of developing artists under the direction of Cyndi Cox, photography instructor at the school.

Artworks from Crowder students under the guidance of Janie Lantz, art instructor, and Quill entries for the annual Crowder Literary Magazine will be incorporated as well.

An open house will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Elsie Plaster Community Center. The event is free to the public, though donations will be accepted.
