The Neosho city council remains mum on a proposal to sell the city’s Rec-Plex recreation center to the Neosho R-5 school board.
The council met behind closed doors at 10 a.m. at city hall on Tuesday. Mayor Richard Davidson confirmed a unanimous vote was taken, but said he could not discuss the details of the vote under the real estate purchase and sales exemption of Missouri’s Sunshine Law.
Davidson said councilwoman Heather Bowers was absent due to a scheduling conflict.
