A search for an Anderson woman missing since Sunday's flooding has shifted into a recovery effort, but the woman has not yet been located.

Anderson Police Chief Seth Daniels said that cadaver dogs are being called in to assist with recovery efforts.

"You always hold out hope in situations like this," Daniels said. "But it's been more than 36 hours, and we're going on 48, so we've transitioned into a recovery mode."

The woman was believed to be inside a house that was swept away during Sunday's flooding.

This is a developing story and will be updated.
