Reader Rewards is a subscriber membership program to The Joplin Globe and gives access to events, offers, and the latest information and insights on news stories developed for our subscribers. Membership begins by subscribing and activating the subscriber’s digital access. You can click here to activate your digital access and gain access to Reader Rewards.

1.2. What is the membership cancellation policy?

You are a member of The Joplin Globe Reader Rewards as long as you are an active subscriber with a digitally activated account. However, you may choose to unsubscribe from Joplin Globe Reader Reward promotional emails.

1.3. How do I access The Joplin Globe Reader Rewards benefits?

You can access Reader Rewards from The Joplin Globe home page, or by going to joplinglobe.com/readerrewards.

1.4. Can I access my Reader Rewards membership on more than one computer, smartphone or tablet?

You can access your Reader Rewards membership on multiple browsers or devices at a time, whenever you’re logged in to The Joplin Globe. A link to Reader Rewards will be included on the top bar from the full site, or from the menu in our mobile sites.

You join The Joplin Globe Reader Rewards automatically by becoming a subscriber to The Joplin Globe and activating your digital access.

2.2. How do I activate my account?

As a subscriber, visit click here to activate your digital access and gain access to Reader Rewards.

2.3. Can I buy a membership to The Joplin Globe Reader Rewards?

Membership is automatically available to Joplin Globe subscribers who have activated their digital access. You cannot purchase a membership to Reader Rewards exclusively. Membership is available only to the named subscriber in the household. To subscribe to The Joplin Globe, you can click here.

2.4. When does my Joplin Globe Reader Rewards membership expire?

Your membership is tied to your subscription. As long as you have a valid and active subscription to The Joplin Globe, Reader Rewards membership will continue uninterrupted.

2.5. How do I make changes to my Joplin Globe account (including changing email, delivery, etc.)?

Once you have activated your subscription, you can manage some of your account information in our Manage Account section. If you have other questions, you can call our Subscriber Services Department at 417-782-2626, between 6:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 7:30 AM and 11:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
